Migration and Education Counsellor

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Melbourne & Hobart Office

Requirements:

  • Ideally 2+ years experiences in similar roles

  • Experienced in providing education/migration counselling

  • Bilingual Speaking, has strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin

  • Patient, self-motivated and able to meet the needs of each client

  • Australian Permanent Residents and Cantonese speakers would be a strong advantage

  • QEAC License or Registered Migration Agent Preferred


Counsellor Assistant _ Internship

Position Type: Internship

Location: Hobart Office Only

Requirements:

  • Passionate about working in a Education and Migration agency

  • Has strong networking skills, able to connect people with strong communication skills

  • Well-presented, business-like, and keen to gain new experiences

  • Self-motivated, have a can-do attitude, detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills

  • Have strong customer service skills, teamwork skills and can work align with the company’s values


Marketing Assistant _ Internship

Position Type: Internship

Location: Melbourne & Hobart Office

Requirements:

  • Passionate about digital & traditional marketing, advertising or journalism

  • Has strong marketing sense and able to track current trends

  • Strong knowledge in operating WeChat, Facebook, RED, Instagram, and other social media platforms

  • Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, AI, or similar photo-editing tools

  • Experienced in video production would be a strong advantage


Investment Consultant

Position Type: Full-time, Part-time

Location: Melbourne Office Only

Requirements:

  • Passionate about investment, real estate & property and funds, etc.

  • Friendly, adventurous, like to think big and willing to constantly learning new things

  • A motivated and driven individual with strong ability to develop company growth

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in managing and building client relationships

  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Marketing, Finance, or relevant field would be a strong advantage


Personal Assistant (Cantonese)

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Melbourne Office Only

Requirements:

  • Ideally 1-2 years experiences in similar roles

  • Proficient and has strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English

  • Have a can-do attitude, strong organisational skills and detail-oriented

  • Australian Permanent Residents are preferred
