• You must meet at least 65 on the points test.

InvestorStream

• This visa is a 5-year temporary visa, for people who are willing to invest at least AUD 2.5 million in Australia meet certain requirements, and maintain business and investment activities in Australia.

• After maintaining an investment in Australia for 4 years, you can apply for permanent residency through the Business Innovation & Investment (Permanent) (subclass 888) visa.

• You can either be in Australia or overseas to apply for this visa

• You must meet at least 65 on the points test.

Significant Investor Stream

• This visa is for people who are willing to invest AUD 5 million in Australia meet certain requirements and maintain business and investment activities in Australia.

• With this visa, you can carry out business and investment activities in Australia, stay in Australia for up to 4 years and 3 months, and apply for the Business Innovation and Investment visa (Permanent) (subclass 888) (Significant Investor stream).
