188A Business Innovation Stream

  • This visa allows you to own and manage a business, conduct business and investment activities and other entrepreneurial activities in Australia

  • ​It is a provisional visa for those with outstanding business capacities who want to establish, develop and manage a new or existing business in Australia

  • You must be nominated by a state or territory government

188B Investor

Stream

  • This visa is a 4-year temporary visa, for people who are willing to make a designated amount of investment in an Australian state or territory.

  • After maintaining an investment in Australian for 4 years, the applicant can apply for permanent residency through the Business Innovation & Investment (Permanent) (subclass 888) visa.

  • Applicants can either be in Australia or overseas to apply for this visa

188C Significant Investor Stream

  • This visa is for people who are willing to invest AUD 5 million in Australia that meet certain requirements and maintain business and investment activities in Australia

  • With this visa, you can carry out business and investment activities in Australia, stay in Australia for up to 4 years and 3 months, and apply for the Business Innovation and Investment visa (Permanent) (subclass 888) (Significant Investor stream)
